Server Application Unavailable Windows2000 ASP不能用了

前两天IIS突然不能用了。想了半天也找不到解决方案，网上竟是些什么秘码不同步啊，注册表有问题啊，MSDTC不能用啊。什么什么的。我从来没遇见过这问题，也不知道那些人是怎么想出来的，不过终于在google.cn上搜到了这个 写的是英文的，
大致的意思是
1.在%WINDIR%\System32 下，找到mfc42.dll这个文件
2.右键点属性
3.点安全 加上 users用户组
4.再加上iwam_你的计算机名的这个用户，其实就是启动IIS进程的那个用户
5.在权限那里分配上 执行和读取 就行了
6.添加完成。
再看看asp页面一切恢复了平静。哈哈
不过说明一下。这个问题只在2000 下才会出现。
